From Mechanical Engineer to Pinball Designer
Not every great pinball designer begins by creating playfields.
Before designing his own games, Elliott Eismin spent years as a mechanical engineer at Stern Pinball, helping develop many of the interactive toys and mechanisms that make modern machines so memorable.
Working behind the scenes gave him a unique understanding of how mechanical engineering and gameplay work together. That experience would eventually lead him to become one of Stern's newest game designers, bringing fresh ideas and a modern approach to pinball.
Although his design career has only just begun, Elliott Eismin is already showing the creativity and ambition that could make him one of pinball's next great designers.

Building Some of Stern's Best Mechanical Toys
Long before receiving his first design assignment, Elliott Eismin contributed to several popular Stern machines as a mechanical engineer.
Among the games featuring his engineering work are The Munsters, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Rush, and James Bond 007. Each of these machines introduced unique toys and mechanisms that helped bring their themes to life.

John Wick: A Fast and Original Debut
Elliott Eismin made his full-sized design debut with John Wick.
Inspired by the action film franchise, the machine immediately stood out for its extremely fast gameplay and flowing shot layout. Rather than relying on familiar designs, Eismin introduced several fresh ideas that gave the game its own identity.
The result is a machine that feels fast, modern and highly kinetic—qualities that many players now associate with the next generation of Stern designers.

Transformers: More Than Meets the Eye
His second machine, Transformers: More Than Meets the Eye, continues that philosophy.
The playfield introduces several creative shot combinations and mechanical interactions, including an impressive Megatron cannon that fires the ball onto an elevated ramp, creating one of the machine's signature moments.
Like his first design, Transformers combines speed with originality, showing that Elliott Eismin isn't afraid to experiment with new layouts and gameplay ideas.
We created a complete collection of custom artwork inspired by the machine's incredible visuals, including products designed specifically for every edition.

A Designer with Huge Potential
Designing only two commercial pinball machines would normally be too early to judge a designer's career.
Yet Elliott Eismin has already demonstrated a willingness to explore new ideas rather than simply repeating proven formulas.
Combined with his engineering background and deep understanding of mechanical design, he represents one of the most exciting young talents currently working in pinball.
Collectors will undoubtedly be watching closely to see what his next project brings.
If his first machines are any indication, the future looks very promising.
