No Shipping costs?
All prices in the store are final and include shipping except for the USA.
We are very sorry but due to the new tax regulations we can no longer offer free shipping for the USA. But all customs fees and tariffs are included. We have a few rates that vary with the order value. The higher the order value the lower the shipping cost, but it's free on orders over 350€.

Time to ship?
All orders ship from 5 to 15 working days (It's WORKING days). But we will make our best efforts to ship within the minimum 5 working days or less on all orders.
We have this maximum window due to the current exceptional situation we live in nowadays.
Secure Payments?
All payments are 100% secure and handled by Paypal. We never receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.
Payment methods?
We accept Paypal.
Shipping tracking?
All items are sent with a tracking number. All tracking numbers will be sent by email on all orders.
Your tracking number is assigned first. So, the email with the tracking info always comes before your order is shipped. This can be a few hours to a few days.

Delivery times?
Within the European Union, shipments will arrive between 3 to 10 working days.
Outside the European Union, shipments will arrive between 1 and 4 weeks.
For the USA, we now use UPS and all shipments will arrive between 3 to 6 days.
This is just an estimate and sometimes it can change.
During nowadays times there may be some exceptional delays. We have no control over these exceptions so we ask customers to be patient. All orders will arrive at their destination.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We ship to all countries around the world.

Mods for my machine?
Due to the various moving parts that make up a pinball machine, and the manufacturing process of the mods being carried out for the average of different machines of the same brand, including hand finishing, as well as the material having some flexibility, sometimes there can be tiny differences of 1 or 2 millimeters (0 ³/₆₄ inches) from one machine to another. Which is perfectly acceptable as long as the end result doesn't affect or compromise the smooth running of the mod or pinball machine and the overall looks.
All mods are an artistic interpretation of the game and colors could have variations with the cabinet or playfield. We will not accept returns based on color.
Custom art?
On our site, if you see an art mod for a different machine but would like to have it on your machine then talk to us. Example: If you installed the LE panel in a premium or pro but would like to have the WizPanels LE cut version with the art of the premium or pro.
We are currently not doing any other type of custom art.

Cabinet decals and translites?
We do not sell cabinet decals or translites.
Where do you ship from?
Depending on the item, it can be sent from a few different countries, but always within the European Union, such as Spain, France or Portugal.
All products are always shipped from the European Union.
In order to cut shipping times, some orders could be shipped in different packages. If this happens with your order then more than one tracking number will be sent.
Can I return an item?
If you made a mistake and bought the wrong item, you can return it. All returns must be filed within a 15 day period of time of purchase. After the 15 days, returns will not be accepted and all sales are final. A restock fee will be charged on all returns. Please understand this because all orders are produced after purchase.
Tax / VAT?
All products have VAT included in the price.
Damaged or faulty items?
All faulty items or those damaged in shipping will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
MANDATORY TO APPLY FOR A REPLACEMENT: Faulty or damaged in transit mods will be replaced in two phases. First, contact us and send pictures or videos of the problem. As soon as we reply and confirm that a replacement will be shipped, the mods need to be destroyed (cut into pieces) and pictures (proof of destruction) need to be sent to us.
(This is to avoid scams of trying to get a second piece for free when the first one has a tiny cut that is barely noticeable)
Mods whose color does not match the cabinet or playfield are not considered defective items.
Mods with millimeter-wide deviations in the cut are not considered defective. Macro photographs taken 1 or 2 cm away from the mods are not proof of anything.
