Best The Rolling Stones Pinball Mods

The Rolling Stones is a Stern machine built around one of the biggest bands in rock history, with 13 original songs, two fast ramps, the moving Mick Jagger target and an Encore objective that asks players to complete all seven modes.
That gives the machine plenty of attitude already—but custom artwork can take that rock 'n' roll character considerably further.

Turn the Cabinet Up to Eleven
The WizBlades are one of the most striking ways to transform The Rolling Stones. Custom artwork running along the cabinet sides gives the machine a much stronger visual presence and complements the music-and-album-art theme beautifully.
For a machine based around one of rock's most recognisable bands, this is exactly the kind of area that deserves some extra artwork.
You can see the complete collection in our The Rolling Stones Pinball Mods.

Extend the Rock 'n' Roll Artwork
The WizPanels continue the artwork into the speaker area, creating a much more complete cabinet design.
Instead of having the speaker panel feel like a separate black section of the machine, custom magnetic panels make it part of the overall visual theme.
It's a relatively simple modification, but it can make a surprisingly big difference to the finished look.

A Custom Apron for Every Version
The Rolling Stones was produced in both the standard and Limited Edition versions, and we have WizAprons for both.
The apron sits right in the player's field of view, so it's another great place to bring some of the band's visual identity into the game.
With the cabinet, speaker panel and apron all carrying custom artwork, the machine starts to feel like one complete piece rather than a collection of separate surfaces.

Small Details Make a Big Difference
The WizBats add another little hit of custom artwork around the playfield, while the WizShooters give the front of the machine an extra detail that is particularly satisfying when combined with the larger modifications.
These are the kinds of smaller touches that work particularly well once the bigger artwork is already in place.
Finish the Front with WizDoors
The WizDoors complete another important section of the cabinet.
Available in different configurations, they bring custom artwork to the coin-door area and help eliminate one of those otherwise fairly plain sections of the machine.
The result is a machine where the artwork continues from the cabinet sides through the front and around the playing area.
A Rock Classic with a Custom Finish
The Rolling Stones already has plenty of personality. With its music, moving Mick Jagger target, iconic lips and tongue elements and album-inspired artwork, the theme doesn't need much help to stand out.
But that's exactly what makes it so much fun to customise.
From the WizBlades and WizPanels to the WizAprons, WizBats, WizDoors and WizShooters, there are plenty of ways to give this Stern classic a more individual look.
And the software has the pedigree to match the theme: Lyman F. Sheats Jr. was responsible for the software alongside Lonnie D. Ropp, bringing the same programming talent associated with many important modern Stern games.
